OUR REQUIREMENTS
- You are a motivated person
- Your personal PC
- Good English (Russian/ Italian) communications + any other language (writing/speaking)
- Your experience in tourism not less then 2 years
- Knowledge of online systems (like AIC, Goglobal, SpecialTours, Tui, Booking.com and similar)
- Good level of negotiating with suppliers
- Quick learning skills (to follow the bookings/emails/Skype chats/phone calls)
- Management of the emergency cases, complaints, relocations, etc…
- Good logic and patience in providing high level support to the customers
- Full working shift (8.30h per day, 5 days a week)
- Duty schedule can be for Saturdays and Sundays with additional days off
- Night shifts - 1 week in 2 months
- There is No partial work, we require FULL OCCUPANCY!
